We actively engage our families through consistent communication, meaningful involvement opportunities, and a shared commitment to student success. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where families feel valued, supported, and connected to the daily life of the campus.

• Weekly Parent Newsletters delivered via email and paper with updates, event reminders, and instructional highlights

• Parent-Teacher Conferences and student-led progress meetings each semester to promote transparency and goal-setting

• Family Events on topics such as STAAR preparation, digital literacy, social-emotional wellness, and high school readiness

• Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) that meets quarterly to gather input, share feedback, and collaborate on school initiatives

• Language Access and Support including translated materials, bilingual liaisons, and interpretation at key meetings

We know that when families are engaged, students are more motivated, perform better academically, and demonstrate stronger social-emotional skills.

Every student is encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally through high-quality instruction, extracurricular opportunities, and leadership development.

• Student Council and Leadership Programs promote responsibility, service, and school pride

• Character Education and SEL Curriculum help students build empathy, resilience, and respect for others

• Clubs and Activities such as Cheer Team, National Junior Honor Society, LION Scholars, and Dance Team allow students to explore their interests and talents

• Restorative Practices and Positive Behavior Supports ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
